Besides fully finished bimetallic barrels, E.J.S now starts to supply semi-finished barrels, the bimetallic liners, to all our customers.  

This is not only helping to save the cost, but also largely reduce the production time by only doing some milling work at your own factory.  

The size for bimetallic liner is ranged from φ45 to φ250

The backing steel include: 40Cr, 42CrMo, AISI 1045

The bimetallic type: EJS01, EJS04 (10%, 15%, 20%, 25% 30%, 35% Tungsten carbide)
